OntarioMD provides a Transition Support Program that helps fund the transition to IT, and a physician website — OntarioMD.ca — that connects physicians and their healthcare teams to online medical research, tools and applications. OntarioMD is a subsidiary of the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) and receives funding from the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC).
